I have a proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities, resulting in over $200 million in new revenue won, with win ratios exceeding 33%. Notably, I secured the largest deal of my career, worth over $33 million in annual revenue, with a top-tier U.S. Bank.

In addition to my corporate achievements, I am proud to be a U.S. Military Combat Veteran, having served as a Petty Officer/Crypto Tech Operator in the U.S. Navy. For my commendable service, I was honored with the Blue Jacket Sailor of the Year award.

My industry expertise and thought leadership have earned me recognition as one of the top 250 sales influencers, ranking in the top 1% of sales professionals within the Financial Services sector and the top 3% in social selling/sales index on LinkedIn.

As the Founder and CEO of M. Allen LLC, I successfully navigated the challenges of the pandemic by developing the company's entire infrastructure and fueling over $200 million in opportunity pipeline for our clients. Our services encompass strategy, go-to-market planning, marketing, and business development.

Throughout my career, I have held key leadership positions, including SVP Business Development at Firstsource, EVP/Chief Revenue Officer at Chronos Solutions, and President of the REO/Real Estate Division at a Top Five U.S. Bank. In each role, I made significant contributions, such as generating multimillion-dollar revenue pipelines, overseeing successful deal closures, and implementing strategic improvements.

My expertise extends to operations, revenue enablement, and information technology. I have led or completed over 207 deals, generating a third of a company's annual revenue and adding over $30 million in new revenue. I pride myself on my ability to drive portfolio performance, increase liquidation ratios, and enhance value recoveries, even during challenging economic times.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am committed to giving back. Since 2017, I have been a coach for military veterans transitioning to the civilian sector through the ACP non-profit organization.

With a wide range of core skills, including executive leadership, business ownership, system analysis, strategic initiative management, and team building, I am adept at driving revenue building and growth.
