Starting in January of 2021, Matt (founder & owner of M. Allen LLC) joined boutique investment bank, DelMorgan & Co. as an independent Managing Director. In this role or capacity, Matt is able to combine his growth management and business development consultancy while adding the talent, global investment experience and track record of DelMorgan & Co. Together they can assist financial service and real estate clientele with their M&A, capital raise, company sales and other investment advisory needs.
